Once your order has been placed, I aim to dispatch it to you within 3-5 working days.
I offer free shipping as standard via Royal Mail 2nd class which is a basic, untracked service and you will not be issued with a tracking number with your dispatch confirmation email and I am unable to trace your parcel on your behalf. Any undelivered orders will need to be repurchased at the customer’s expense.
If you wish your parcel to be traceable, please select the upgraded shipping option for Royal Mail Tracked 48 option. Once I have delivered your parcel to Royal Mail and issued you with a tracking number, you can track your order online. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact Royal Mail using the tracking number issued.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. This is the address that I will send your order to and, if this is inaccurate, your parcel will be returned to me. Please note that, if I need to re-ship your parcel to the correct address, this will incur an additional shipping fee that must be paid before I re-send your parcel.
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address once your order has dispatched.
